Surgery Out of Pocket Information
When having surgery, you will have three separate fees:
- Physician Fee (the surgeon that is performing your surgery)
- Facility Fee (the surgery center)
- Anesthesia Fee (provider that is providing your anesthesia services)
Please keep in mind that the anesthesia provider (Liberty Anesthesia Consultants) may be considered Out of Network with your insurance plan. This means that you will potentially have larger out of pocket costs as opposed to In Network providers.
